We never sell your data. Not your order flow. Not your trading intents. Not your ideas, your watchlist, or your email. Not to market makers, not to hedge funds, not to data brokers, not to advertisers. Not raw, not "anonymized", not "aggregated". Not ever.

Wall Street built an industry on knowing what retail is about to do before it does it. Your broker can get paid to route your orders; your trades can become someone else's signal. min. exists because the market was never a fair fight, and what you are about to trade is the most personal financial data there is. Selling it would make us the thing we built this to fight. If min. ever makes money, it will be because you chose to pay us, never because someone paid us for you.

The rest of this page is the plain-language version of how your data is handled by Siege AI, Inc., the company behind min. No legal maze, no footnote tricks. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

What we collect

  • Account basics. Your email and name, from magic-link sign-in or Google / Microsoft sign-in (handled by our auth provider, Supabase). We never see or store a password.
  • Your ideas and strategies. The theses you type, the conversations you have with the quant, and the strategies it builds for you.
  • Brokerage connection. If you connect a brokerage (through SnapTrade), we receive connection tokens and account data like balances and holdings, so the desk can size and place what you approve. We never see your brokerage password, and connection secrets are encrypted at rest.
  • Orders you approve. A record of what you told the desk to do, so we can show you what happened.
  • The boring technical stuff. An IP-derived identifier for the one-free-run limit, stored as a salted hash rather than your raw address. Our pages run no ad trackers and no third-party analytics.

What we use it for

  • Running your research and executing the strategies you approve. Nothing runs without your say-so.
  • Keeping the service working: debugging, abuse prevention, capacity. When fixing a bug means looking at an individual run, we treat that access as sensitive and keep it to the minimum needed.
  • Improving the quant. Runs of our own example prompts (the premade ones on the homepage) may be recorded and replayed for other visitors as demos. Your own typed ideas are never replayed or shown to anyone else.

Who touches it

A small set of service providers process data strictly to run min., under contracts that prohibit using it for anything else: Supabase (accounts and database), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (the AI that does the research), SnapTrade (the brokerage connection), and market-data providers (which see tickers and dates, not who you are). That is the whole list. No data brokers, no ad networks, no "partners".

What we will never do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal data, your order flow, or your trading intents, in any form, to anyone.
  • Use your data for advertising, or let anyone else.
  • Let third parties train their models on your ideas.
  • Share your data except: with the providers above to run the service, if the law genuinely compels us (we push back where we lawfully can, and tell you unless prohibited), or in a change of ownership where the new owner inherits this exact pledge and you are notified first.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active so your strategies and history keep working. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your personal data from live systems promptly, with backups expiring on their normal cycle. The free-trial IP hash expires on its own.

Security

Everything moves over TLS. Brokerage connection secrets are encrypted at rest. Trial identifiers are salted hashes. Access to production data is limited to what operating the service requires.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor these requests for everyone, not just where a statute makes us.

The small print

min. is for adults: you must be 18 or older. If this policy materially changes, we will say so plainly here and flag it in the product before the change takes effect, with the date above always current. Questions or requests: reach the founder directly on X or LinkedIn.
