Privacy.

What we collect

• Account basics. Your email and name from sign-in. We never see or store a password.
• Your phone number, if you link one or text min. first. It exists so min. can text you and you can text back.
• Your conversations with min., texts and chats alike, so it remembers what you have already talked about.
• What min. learns from the accounts you connect: a short profile built from your email and calendar, including the people in your life, appointments, plans, and details like subscriptions. We do not store the contents of your emails. Message bodies, attachments, and full text are never saved to our systems; we keep what we learn from them.
• The boring technical stuff. The home page asks your browser for a rough location so it can show your time of day and weather; that is not stored. Our pages run no ad trackers and no third-party analytics.

What we use it for

• Being min.: answering you, remembering, and texting you when there is something worth saying.
• Keeping the service working: debugging, abuse prevention, capacity. When fixing a bug means looking at an individual conversation, we treat that access as sensitive and keep it to the minimum needed.
• Your own words are never replayed or shown to anyone else.

How min. uses AI

min. is built on AI, so providing it means sending your data to a model.

• Your conversations, and content from the accounts you connect, are sent to our AI model provider in order to provide the service. It is processed on our behalf, under contract, and is not used to train their models.
• We do not use your data to develop, improve, or train any generalized AI or machine-learning model, ours or a third party's.
• No human at min. reads your email. We do not review message content, except in narrow cases: if you send us something for support, if we must investigate abuse or a security incident, or if the law requires it.
• min. can be wrong. It infers things, and an inference is a guess. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

Google user data

min.'s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the narrowest scopes that make the product work, and we use Google data only to provide and improve the features you can see. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features (our AI model provider and infrastructure, described here), for security, or where the law requires it. We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it.

You can revoke min.'s access at any time from your Google account permissions page, or by disconnecting the account inside min.

Text messages (SMS)

min. life is an AI life companion you talk to by text. Messages come from +1 (844) 444-1102.

Opt-in. You opt in by texting +1 (844) 444-1102 yourself, from your own phone. Starting the conversation is the opt-in: min. replies to that number and no other. Consent is one-to-one, never implied, never shared or sold, and never a condition of anything else.

What we send. Account and sign-in codes you asked for, replies to messages you send min., and the occasional check-in about your own calendar, inbox or to-do list. Conversational — no marketing, no promotions, no third-party advertising, ever.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and the messages stop. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@withmin.ai.

We will not share or sell your mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We never sell your phone number, never rent it, and never pass it to advertisers or data brokers. It is shared only with the text-messaging provider that carries the messages on our behalf, which cannot use it for anything else.

Who touches it

Only the providers min. needs in order to run, each bound by contract to process your data on our instructions and for no other purpose: a database and sign-in provider, a hosting provider, an AI model provider, a text-messaging provider, and whichever mail and calendar provider you chose to connect. That is the whole list. No data brokers, no ad networks, no "partners". We will tell you who they are if you ask.

What we will never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your conversations, in any form, to anyone.
• Use your data for advertising, or let anyone else.
• Let anyone train models on your words, your email, or your ideas.
• Share your data except: with the providers above to run the service, if the law genuinely compels us (we push back where we lawfully can, and tell you unless prohibited), or in a change of ownership where the new owner inherits this exact pledge and you are notified first.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active, so min. keeps remembering. Disconnect an account and min. stops reading it. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your personal data from live systems promptly, including the profile min. built, with backups expiring on their normal cycle.

Security

Everything moves over TLS and is encrypted at rest. Credentials for the accounts you connect are held server-side and never exposed to your browser. Access to production data is limited to what operating the service requires.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor these requests for everyone, not just where a statute makes us.

The small print

min. is for adults: you must be 18 or older. If this policy materially changes, we will say so plainly here and in the product before the change takes effect, with the date above always current.
