Why.
The market was never a fair fight. On one side: PhDs, math specialists, algorithms trading in microseconds, data you will never see. On the other: you, a feed, and a gut feeling. They call it dumb money, and they price it like that. It's bringing a knife to a fight with F-35s. Your position is blown up before you know you were the target.
For the first time, the field is level. What a quant desk spends months on, min. does in minutes: turning a thesis into a strategy, compiling and cleaning the data, backtesting against years of history, running the simulations, stress-testing the fragile parts. Live, showing every source. No math degree, no computer science degree. The only prerequisite is an idea.
The founder
I'm a software engineer. Computer science at the University of Toronto, shipped product at Coursera ($COUR) and DoorDash ($DASH). I've been investing for over a decade and tinkering with trading algorithms since I was 15 years old. min. is the quant I always wanted on my side of the trade.
